Legal Update on Neighbourhood Planning with No 5 Chambers – Monday 9th November 2015, 19.00-20.30.
This event will cover the latest legal changes to Neighbourhood Planning legislation, including the Housing and Planning Bill. It will also look at the progression of Neighbourhood Planning across London since its inception. Come armed with any burning questions. PAE Regional Volunteers Workshop, University of Westminster, London -= Saturday 14 November (10.30-15.30)
The Planning Aid England South East region has organised a Volunteers’ Workshop at the Marylebone Campus of the University of Westminster in London on Saturday next week. – we will have a speaker from a major consultancy explaining the workings of the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects system and sharing his views on it; there will be workshops on development casework and neighbourhood planning; an update on Planning Aid England and the opportunity to contribute your views on its future work and support for Volunteers; and a short walking tour around some of the major development sites near the University to discuss some of the planning issues which they present and which Volunteers might have to address during their casework.
