Join us in our first seminar of 2015 for the the first of a new series of exciting RTPI London events exploring “Thinking Strategically” and encouraging debate on wider and future planning issues in the Capital. This event, held in partnership with the Bartlett School of Planning, UCL, will focus on “Garden Cities”, which are being considered on the outskirts of London, and whether they can present sustainable solutions to planning challenges facing London and the wider South East, particularly relating to housing. In this event we will focus on the example of Ebbsfleet Garden City. Hear from top academics, practitioners and URBED (winners of the Wolfson Prize for Economics 2014) and engage in debate on this current, important and exciting topic.
