This event will introduce why viability modelling in planning is important, what mainstream methodologies are available, how planners can engage and what guidance is available. This will be useful for anyone involved in S106 negotiations, viability appraisals, CIL charge-setting and plan-making. The event will also touch upon the Viability Testing Local Plans document co-authored by the Home Builders Federation (HBF), the Local Government Association (LGA), the National House-Building Council (NHBC) and other.
Speakers and Panellists confirmed include:
- Pat McAllister, Professor of Real Estate Appraisal, Henley Business School, University of Reading
