RTPI London Spring Events

We are pleased to announce the following upcoming events:

Young Built Environment Speed Networking –  18:30 – 20:00 onwards – Wednesday 11 April 2012

Speed Networking is a great way to meet other like minded professionals in a short space of time.  Attendees will spend around 2 minutes in conversation with fellow professionals before moving onto the next table. 

This is a joint event run between RTPI London and RICS Matrics and has been kindly sponsored by The Oyster Partnership.  For more details please click here.

Understanding and Navigating the APC Process – 18:00 – 20:00 – Monday 16 April 2012

Venue location:  DTZ, 125 Old Broad Street, London

 This event will comprise of a presentation of the new APC process, covering all the revised guidelines and the submission process.  There will be a series of workshops to cover specific aspects of the APC.  There will be ample opportunity for questions and answers during the evening.  To book for this event please email Lucy.

RTPI Presidents Visit – London’s role in Leading Infrastructure – 3 May 2012

RTPI London has chosen the focus of the visit to be on London’s newest and most inspiring infrastructure and is seeking to arrange a series of presentations and tours of various sites from key parties about the issues involved and delivery.

RTPI London Wine Tasting Evening Event with the RTPI President – 18:30pm – 20:30 onwards – 3 May 2012

 “Life is too short to drink bad wine” – Vivat Bacchus

With this in mind RTPI London have organised a wine tasting evening with some of the most delicious and interesting South African wines.  Our host will be the owner and sommelier of Vivat Bacchus Gerrie Knoetze, and what Gerrie doesn’t know about wine is not worth knowing!

You will be welcomed to the evening with a complimentary glass of champagne followed by an array of tapas boards and wines to taste and learn about.  The evening will end with a few more glasses of wine and a chance to network with fellow colleagues.

This evening will be £30+vat to members and £35+vat to non-members, places are limited and will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.  There will be a chance to combine the wine tasting with the presentations earlier in the day but more details for this will follow.  If you are interested in attending the wine tasting evening please email Lucy.
